Senior Tournament Antwerp

The senior team with a full squad of players enjoyed a weekend away in Antwerp, playing in the sunshine in the open air. They finished seventh overall winning one game and drawing one game over the weekend.

Senior Water Polo Training Thursday 5th September at 8:30 pm Cancelled

As we have two away games this week including a game on Thursday, the senior water polo training on Thursday has been cancelled from 8:30pm. The junior 12u session between 7pm and 8pm will still be taking place as normal.

Greater Manchester Autumn Meet 28th/29th September 5th/6th October

The Greater Manchester Autumn meet entries form is attached  but I need to advise you that the  2nd weekend of competition is the same day as our Club Championships  as I cannot confirm the finishing time on the Saturday you may wish to avoid that day. All entry forms must be returned to Maureen Appleby no later than the   3rd  September.

Club Championship Entry Forms October 5th and 12th

The club swimming championships will take place on Saturday October 5th and Saturday October 12th at Orford Jubilee Hub from 4:00pm. Please note the closing date for entries is Tuesday 17th September. No late entries will be accepted

That was the overriding verdict gained from observing a two-hour junior training night at Warrington Swimming and Water Polo Club.

Youngsters spent time honing their skills before splitting into teams for match play, completing each element of the session with equal enthusiasm

North West Open Water Championships Salford Quays 29th June 2019

Swim England North West are pleased to announce that this year’s annual Open Water Championships are being held on 29th June 2019 at Salford Quays.

This competition will include:

• 1500 Challenge

• North West and North East Open Water Championships

• North West and North East Masters Open Water Championships

All championship events incorporate the following County Championships; Cheshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Northumberland and Durham.
