Skills4Podium is running a BREASTSTROKE DEVELOPMENT CAMP on Monday 15 April 2019 at Moreton Hall School, Oswestry.
Led by international swimming coach Paul Remmonds, learn how to make real improvements in your stroke efficiency in a focussed environment. Essential race skills of starting and turning will also be developed with progressive drills and race simulation.
