The NW REGIONAL Coaches Workshops will take place on

 

Sunday 15th November  at            Turnpike Centre, Leigh

Sunday 13th December at             Kendal Leisure Centre

Sunday 28th February at                Winsford Life Centre

 

Workshops will include

  • ·         Effective Ways to Interact with Parents  -  Fred Furniss
  • ·         Coaching Swimmers to know their Race Plan – Fred Furniss
  • ·         Coaching the Formative Years – Fred Furniss
  • ·         Injury Prevention/Warm Up Techniques – Leanne Stafford
  • ·         Land Training for Club Programmes (with limited resources)- Leanne Stafford
